Two spaces on the north side of Franklin Avenue between Oregon Street and El Paso Street, and to add paragraph 34 (reserved for Library and Mexican American Cultural Center (MACC) vehicles only), Item A. Two spaces on the north side of Franklin Avenue between Oregon Street and El Paso Street; the penalty as provided for in Section 12.84.010 of the El Paso City Code.
