Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the City of Laredo FY2026 General Fund Library Department by appropriating $9,000 in revenues and expenses for the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) Family Place Library Training Grant. Grant will be allocated in the General Fund.
