RULES, ELECTIONS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to establishing the City’s position on Senate Bill (SB) 610 (Perez), which would clarify landlord and tenant obligations and responsibilities regarding post-disaster remediation and rental obligations, alter court timelines to respond to eviction proceedings, and expand regulation of mobile homes.
