Approve plans and specifications for the “North GA Ramp Reconstruction Project”, PW26-04; authorize advertisement of sealed bids and opening of the bids at a time, date, and location to be published by the Director of Public Works pursuant to Section 20150.8 of the Public Contract Code; and authorize Director of Public Works to apply for a grant in the amount of up to $3,057,000, with a 5% matching requirement of approximately $152,850; and execute a grant agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for such grant.
