An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2a to RM15-A-NS zoning for properties located at 4046 and 4060 Murfreesboro Pike, approximately 399 feet southwest of Maxwell Road (10.12 acres), and within the Murfreesboro Pike Urban Design Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025Z-033PR-001).
