For Design For Adeline Street Bridge Seismic Retrofit Project (Project No. 1000967) By Increasing The Contract Amount By Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) For A Total Contract Amount Not-To-Exceed Nine Hundred Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($918,000); And Adopting Appropriate California Environmental Quality Act Findings; And
