Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development to jointly apply with 629 Post, LLC and Swords to Plowshares: Veterans Rights Organization to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for the Homekey+ Grant for the property located at 629 Post Street in a total amount not to exceed $15,869,669 or the maximum award amount allowable under the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), whichever is greater, on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco.
