25-2039 : Rivera - Appoint Shane Paul as Interim Chair of BPAB(Exc Res)

This resolution appoints Shane Paul as the Interim Chairperson of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board. Paul, a resident of the Niagara District and co-founder of Queen City Couriers, has been a member of the board since September 2021. The appointment fills a current vacancy in the Chairperson position and is based on his advocacy for bike and pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods and his commitment to addressing related issues in Buffalo.
