26-159 : IFL-Paderewski

The Department of Public Works is requesting an amendment to an approved interfund loan for the Sears Paderewski Improvements project. The original loan was approved on April 15, 2025. This amendment seeks an increase of $198,801.50, bringing the total loan amount to $542,350. This increase is necessary due to schedule compression. The loan is expected to be repaid by January 2027 and covers two projects: the Sears-Paderewski Green Stormwater Infrastructure Grant Project and the Revitalize Sears Paderewski Park Grant Project.
