26-125 : Designation - Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning (T Baines)

Mayor Sean M. Ryan has designated Thomas Baines as the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning for the City of Buffalo. This designation is effective December 31, 2025, and is made pursuant to Section 6-4 of The Charter of the City of Buffalo.
