To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements for the purchase of lamps, streetlights, and luminaries for the Division of Power; and to authorize the expenditure of $2,300,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund. This ordinance authorizes the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate General Budget Reservations with appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements for the purchase of lamps, streetlights, and luminaries for the Division of Power. It also authorizes the expenditure of $2,300,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund for this purpose.
