To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to renew the contract with New River Electrical Corporation for Emergency and Non-Emergency Services for Electric Transmission, Distribution & Street Lighting Systems; and to authorize the expenditure of $2,100,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund. ($2,100,000.00)

The Director of Public Utilities is authorized to renew a contract with New River Electrical Corporation for emergency and non-emergency services related to electric transmission, distribution, and street lighting systems. This renewal includes an expenditure of $2,100,000.00, to be funded from the Electricity Operating Fund.
