This resolution authorizes the conveyance of an easement and right-of-way to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC. The easement covers approximately 2,098 square feet of City-owned land located near the intersection of Bank Street and Herndon Drive. This land will be used for the construction, maintenance, and use of power lines and electric transformer facilities. This is in alignment with the Capital Improvement Program and is necessary to provide electrical services to the dewatering pump station for the Mill Creek/Peaks Branch/State Thomas Drainage Relief Tunnel Project. There is no cost consideration to the City for this easement.

This action allows for the necessary infrastructure to support the Mill Creek/Peaks Branch/State Thomas Drainage Relief Tunnel Project. Residents will not incur any direct costs as a result of this easement conveyance.
