Authorize a three-year cooperative purchasing agreement for a cloud-based cybersecurity system that protects privileged accounts for the Department of Information and Technology Services with Carahsoft Technology Corporation through the Omnia Partners agreement - Not to exceed $1,684,573.47 - Financing: Data Services Fund (subject to annual appropriations)

The City Council is asked to authorize a three-year cooperative purchasing agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corporation for a cloud-based cybersecurity system. This system will protect privileged accounts for the Department of Information and Technology Services. The agreement will be executed through the Omnia Partners cooperative purchasing program. The total amount authorized for this agreement is not to exceed $1,684,573.47. Funding will come from the Data Services Fund, subject to annual appropriations. This agreement builds upon a previous master services price agreement authorized in January 2025.
