The City Council is asked to authorize the acquisition of approximately 1.678 acres of unimproved land located on East 11th Street near Cedar Crest Boulevard from Columbia Packing of Texas, Ltd. for the Dallas Floodway Extension Project. The acquisition price is $401,900.00, with an additional $10,000.00 allocated for closing costs and title expenses, for a total authorized amount not to exceed $411,900.00. The funds will be drawn from the Storm Drainage Management Capital Construction Fund.
