An ordinance providing for the termination of Ordinance No. 25411 previously granted to G-Dallas Operating Company, LLC, for the use of a total of approximately 1,311 square feet and granting a revocable license to CCH Lamar Partners I, L.P., for the use of a total of approximately 1,309 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize an existing loading dock with stairs and two handicap ramps with stairs on portions of Austin Street right-of-way located near its intersection with Belleview Street - Revenue: General Fund $3,609.00, plus the $20.00 ordinance publication fee

The City Council is considering an ordinance to terminate a previous license granted to G-Dallas Operating Company, LLC, and grant a new revocable license to CCH Lamar Partners I, L.P. for the use of approximately 1,309 square feet of Austin Street right-of-way. This license will permit CCH Lamar Partners I, L.P. to occupy, maintain, and utilize an existing loading dock with stairs and two handicap ramps. The new license will be for a term of four (4) years, with an annual compensation of $3,609.00 to the City of Dallas, plus a $20.00 ordinance publication fee. The first payment of $3,609.00 is due prior to the ordinance's final passage and covers the consideration for 2026.
