Authorize Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the professional services contract with Garver, LLC to provide additional engineering services required for flood management and stormwater drainage improvements at two locations (list attached to Agenda Information Sheet) - Not to exceed $585,628.50, from $799,730.00 to $1,385,358.50 - Financing: Flood Control (D) Fund (2017 General Obligation Bond Fund) *In alignment with Bond Implementation Program.

The City Council is authorizing Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the professional services contract with Garver, LLC for additional engineering services related to flood management and stormwater drainage improvements. This agreement increases the contract by $585,628.50, bringing the total contract value from $799,730.00 to $1,385,358.50. The additional services are required for two locations: 3700 Alderson Street (Council District 14) and the Gilford Street-Roanoke Avenue Drainage Relief System Phase II/Brookhollow Road Bridge (Council District 2). Funding for this supplemental agreement will come from the Flood Control (D) Fund, consistent with the Bond Implementation Program. This is the third supplemental agreement to the original contract authorized in October 2019.
