Permanent Supportive Housing Presentation

The City Council is considering approval of contract amendments for Supportive Housing services in 2026. These amendments total $4,140,000 and will fund contracts with:

• Bluff Mercy: $400,000 for individuals and families.
• Colorado Coalition for the Homeless: $3,010,000 for individuals.
• St. Francis Center: $200,000 for individuals.
• The Delores Project: $230,000 for individuals (primarily LGBTQ+).
• Urban Peak: $500,000 for youth individuals and families.

These will be two-year contracts, with 2027 amounts to be determined with cost-of-living adjustments. Supportive housing provides flexible case management and affordable housing for individuals with complex needs, aiming to ensure permanent housing stability and reduce burdens on other public systems.

This action will allocate over $4 million to provide essential housing and support services for vulnerable populations, aiming to reduce homelessness and improve community stability.
