Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to sign an Advance Funding Agreement by and between the City of El Paso and the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Department of Transportation, for the design of the STP-MM Reconstruction Project On System grant improvements, “I-10 Deck Plaza Project”, which has an estimated total project cost of $10,601,001.00 of which the estimated local government participation amount is estimated at $584,321.00 plus any cost overruns. Further, that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign all documents, agreement amendments, and perform all actions required to carry out the obligations of the City under this agreement.
