The City Council is asked to authorize an amendment to a contract with Gartner, Inc. to increase the total contract amount by $250,000.00, bringing the revised total up to $495,220.00. This amendment is for a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) assessment, supporting the FY26 Information Technology Solutions PeopleSoft Upgrade Consultant project. Additionally, the amendment includes one, one-year renewal option for the same amount. The HRIS assessment will review the City's human resource systems and processes, explore solutions, and identify potential vendors to improve workflows and operational efficiency. Funding for the additional $250,000.00 is available in the FY26 ITS PS Upgrade Cnslt within the ITS Capital Fund. The original contract was authorized on February 25, 2025, for an IT assessment and benchmarking study not to exceed $245,220.00. The current agreement term expires July 21, 2026, with the renewal option at the City's discretion.
