FEBRUARY 5, 2026 REGULAR MEETING AND STUDY SESSION MINUTES

The Foster City Planning Commission met on February 5, 2026, for a study session regarding the proposed Gilead Campus Expansion Master Plan Project in the Chess Drive/Hatch Drive area. Commissioners discussed responses to questions raised at a previous session, particularly concerning the potential shift from office space to R&D/lab use in Phase 2 of the expansion.
