The City of Glendale is authorizing a five-year General Services Agreement (GSA) with the County of Los Angeles, effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. This agreement allows the City to utilize various County services on an as-needed basis. The terms and conditions are substantially unchanged from the previous agreement. The County will determine rates for services annually, and any specific service request will require separate authorization and funding approval. This renewal ensures continuity of services historically provided by the County, such as public health, weed abatement, assessor services, and public works functions like bridge inspection and storm drain cleanout.
