This ordinance appropriates $2,408.74 from the General Fund Operating - SERE Registration - Miscellaneous Sales and Charges account to the General Fund Operating - SERE Registration - Employee Training Expenses account. This action is to allocate a reimbursement of funds that were initially used to support the October 2025 Florida Certified Election Professionals (FCEP) Session, hosted by the Duval County Supervisor of Elections. The Supervisor of Elections office incurred these expenses for breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, and paper products during the training, and has since been reimbursed by the Florida Supervisor of Elections. This transfer simply moves the reimbursed funds back to the appropriate employee training expense account.

This is an administrative budget transfer to correctly account for reimbursed funds. There is no direct impact on residents as it does not involve new spending or tax increases.
