This resolution appoints Nicholas Harding, a Duval County resident, to the Jacksonville Health Facilities Authority. He will fill the seat formerly held by Stephen A. Frick, Jr., for a first full term ending on December 15, 2028. The appointment is made pursuant to Chapter 490 of the Ordinance Code. The Jacksonville Health Facilities Authority assists health facilities in the acquisition, construction, financing, and refinancing of projects. Mr. Harding currently works for the City of Jacksonville's Mosquito Control Division and is pursuing a law degree. This appointment has no direct cost to the City.
