This ordinance appropriates $2,408.74 from the General Fund Operating – SERE Registration – Miscellaneous Sales and Charges account to the General Fund Operating – SERE Registration – Food account. The purpose is to reimburse funds initially charged to an employee training account for expenses incurred while hosting the October 2025 Florida Certified Election Professionals (FCEP) Session. The Duval County Supervisor of Elections, as the host, provided food and paper products for the training, and has since been reimbursed for these costs. The transfer reallocates these reimbursed funds to the appropriate food expense account.
