This ordinance appropriates $610,000 for critical repairs to the City Hall St. James Parking Garage. The funding is sourced from two main accounts:

• $547,652.72 from the General Capital Improvement Projects – ISA Debt Management Fund – Interest Account within the General Fund Operating Fund.
• $62,347.28 from the Parking Capital Improvements Fund, which includes $60,000.00 from Fund 41108 and $2,347.28 from Investment Pool Earnings.

The funds will be allocated to the St. James Garage Maintenance Repairs – Other Construction Costs Account. This appropriation also amends the 2026-2030 Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan (approved by Ordinance 2025-505-E) to reflect this project. Oversight will be provided by the Department of Public Works, Public Buildings Division.
