Summary
This ordinance rezones approximately 1.38 acres at 137 Brookview Drive North from a Commercial Community/General-1 (CCG-1) district to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) district. The rezoning is sought by Besso, LLC to permit flex-warehouse uses and other commercial and business park uses as described in the Brookview Business Park PUD.
