Summary
This ordinance appropriates $385,000 from the General Fund Operating Lapse – Contingency account to fund improvements at Jarboe Park, located at 510 Florida Boulevard, Neptune Beach, FL 32266. The funds will be provided to the City of Neptune Beach for specific park enhancements, including:
