This resolution confirms the Mayor's appointment of Bradley Nestor to the Tree Commission. Mr. Nestor, a Duval County resident and licensed Landscape Architect, will represent the Council At-Large Group 2 residency area. He replaces John Moscarillo and will serve a partial term expiring on December 31, 2026, followed by a full term expiring on December 31, 2028. Mr. Nestor brings extensive experience in landscape architecture and site planning, including his role as Senior Director for the PGA TOUR. The Tree Commission serves in an advisory capacity, studying and recommending plans for the city's tree canopy, including maintenance, educational outreach, and reviewing planting project proposals.
