Plan Commission Meeting Minutes 2-19-26

The Plan Commission met on February 19, 2026, to approve minutes from their January 15, 2026 meeting and to hear a zoning reclassification request. The commission unanimously approved the minutes. They also unanimously approved Z-1-26, a reclassification of 717 Henderson Avenue from R-3 (one- and two-family residential) to R-2 (single-family residential) zoning. The commission also received status updates on the Joliet Comprehensive Plan, the Interstate 80 Des Plaines River Bridge Community Plan, and the Downtown Joliet Equitable Transit Oriented Development Plan.
