• Approved the Council Meeting Docket for February 12, 2026.
• Approved the Table of Motions from the February 3, 2026 meeting.
• Approved Budget Amendments.
• Approved New Business, as amended, with one item postponed to February 17, 2026.
• Approved Communications from the Mayor regarding Appointments (with one recusal) and Procurements.
• Approved Council Capital Projects.
• Assigned "Experimental Engagement and Placemaking" and "Complete Streets Education and Messaging" to the Environmental Quality and Public Works Committee.
• The Environmental Quality and Public Works Committee also received Engineering Manual Updates and Safe Streets Update.
