This resolution accepts the bid of L-M Asphalt Partners, Ltd. d/b/a ATS Construction for $597,000.00 for the Deer Haven Park Development, managed by the Division of Parks and Recreation. The project entails significant park infrastructure improvements, including the installation of black vinyl coated chain link fencing and specialized blue/green surfacing for pickleball and basketball courts, a new potable water line from Buttermilk Road into the park, and site preparation for a new park shelter. The work is expected to be completed within 120 days of the Notice to Proceed.
