This resolution authorizes the Mayor to execute a Release of Easement for a sanitary sewer easement located at 3855 Fountainblue Lane. The easement, previously held by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is no longer needed. The property owner, The Fountains at Palomar, LLC, is requesting the release. The easement covered approximately 0.267 acres (11,633 square feet) and was related to Lot 8 of the Hoover and Ford Philpot Evangelistic Association Property. The release has no cost associated with it and no impact on future budgets. The Division of Water Quality, represented by Martin, requested this action.
