A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute Agreements related to Council Capital Project Expenditure funds with Mcconnell’s Trace Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($2,000); and LFUCG Div. of Streets and Roads ($12,000), for the Office of the Urban County Council, at a cost not to exceed the sum stated. [Council Office, Hall]

This resolution authorizes the Mayor to execute agreements for Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds. The funds will be distributed as follows:

• $2,000.00 to McConnell’s Trace Neighborhood Association, Inc. for a beautification project at the White Oak entrance to the neighborhood, supported by a Corridor's grant.
• $12,000.00 to the LFUCG Division of Streets and Roads for repairing a baseline failure on Ogden (originally allocated from Traffic Engineering).

These funds are from account #1101-121002-71214 and will be paid from various Council Districts.
