A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute the First Amendment to the Purchase of Service Agreement with the Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control, LLC., to add enforcement of Sections 4-13 and 4-13.1 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Revised Code of Ordinances, relating to the prohibiting of the sale of cats and dogs in certain areas, at no cost to the Urban County Government, effective upon passage of Council. This resolution authorizes the Mayor to execute a First Amendment to the Purchase of Service Agreement with Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control, LLC.
