• Additional Construction Administration Oversight for three alternates selected during the bidding process.
• Additional design fees due to conflicts with the KYTC US 27 Railroad Bridge replacement project, necessitating alterations to property lines, parking lot, and other site-related items.

The funds for this increase are budgeted for Fiscal Year 2026 and will be paid from accounts #4003-303401-3401-90511 ($23,336.00) and #4052-303401-3401-90511 ($41,017.00). This change order exceeds 10% of the original contract value, requiring Council approval.
