The Napa County Board of Supervisors is considering two amendments to existing agreements with Progress Foundation, Inc., for mental health services.

Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 220003B (Bella House) seeks to increase the contract maximum by $335,810, bringing the new total to $1,256,000. This agreement covers a 12-bed transitional residential treatment program.

Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 220004B (Progress Place) seeks to increase the contract maximum by $486,680, bringing the new total to $1,652,000. This agreement covers an 8-bed crisis residential treatment program.

Both amendments are effective July 1, 2025, and cover Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and subsequent renewals. The total fiscal impact for both amendments is $822,490, funded by the Health and Human Services Agency Fund. These services are considered mandatory.
