This document provides a list of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) with their associated costs and funding status as of March 2026. Several high-priority projects are detailed:

• Central Air Conditioning Installation at RR for an estimated $300,000, with funding TBD.
• Roof and Gutter Replacement at CAL for $75,000, fully funded by a donation.
• Walk-in Refrigerator Condensing Unit Replacement at RR for $20,000, fully funded by a donation.
• Walk-in Refrigerator Condensing Unit Replacement at CAL for $20,000, fully funded by a donation.
• Fire Alarm Replacement at RR for $17,728, with funding TBD.
• Door Replacement at CAL for $13,000, fully funded by a donation.
• Fire Alarm Replacement at MON for $8,912, with funding TBD.
