Declare certain items of personal property as surplus and no longer required for public use; and approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to dispose of these items of personal property by donating them to Human-I-T. (No Fiscal Impact)

The City Council is being asked to declare a list of personal property items as surplus and authorize their donation to the non-profit organization Human-I-T. The attached document lists numerous Dell computers (OptiPlex, Latitude, Inspiron), HP EliteBooks, and Panasonic ToughBooks, along with Dell monitors and Lenovo ThinkCentre desktops. The disposal is expected to have no fiscal impact.
