An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 3124 Murfreesboro Pike and 3201 Hamilton Church Road, also known as Antioch 15 Phase 1, (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-46 and 25-SL-110 and Proposal No. 2025M-183ES-001).

This ordinance authorizes the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, and sanitary sewer manholes, along with associated easements. These infrastructure improvements are for the Antioch 15 Phase 1 development, located at 3124 Murfreesboro Pike and 3201 Hamilton Church Road. The project includes approximately 2,396 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 4 fire hydrant assemblies, and approximately 1,992 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main and 1,217 linear feet of 8-inch DIP sanitary sewer main, along with 20 sanitary sewer manholes. The Metropolitan Planning Commission has reviewed and recommended this item for approval.
