The agreement is at no cost to the Metropolitan Government, which will be responsible for providing its own computer and phone, while Operation Stand Down Tennessee will provide a desk, chair, office supplies, and WiFi access. The agreement also outlines insurance requirements for Operation Stand Down Tennessee and specifies that amendments require a resolution from the Metropolitan Council with at least twenty-one affirmative votes.
