An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS7.5 to SP zoning for properties located at 3208, 3210, 3212, and 3218 Glencliff Road, at the northeast corner of Glencliff Road and Antioch Pike (6.88 acres),to permit 80 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2025SP-052-001).

This ordinance proposes to change the zoning from RS7.5 to SP for properties located at 3208, 3210, 3212, and 3218 Glencliff Road. The change would permit the construction of 80 multi-family residential units on the 6.88-acre site at the northeast corner of Glencliff Road and Antioch Pike. The development standards include a maximum height of 3 stories (35 feet), specific architectural requirements, and the provision of sidewalks and planting strips along Glencliff Road and Antioch Pike. Additionally, the developer is required to create public trails and a playground on a portion of the property.

This zoning change will allow for the development of 80 new multi-family housing units and public amenities like trails and a playground in the Glencliff area.
