The acceptance includes approximately 57 linear feet of new 8-inch water main, 365 linear feet of new 12-inch water main, 63 linear feet of new 12-inch sanitary sewer main, 260 linear feet of new 15-inch sanitary sewer main, 167 linear feet of new 15-inch sanitary sewer main, one fire hydrant assembly, and five sanitary sewer manholes. The Metropolitan Planning Commission has recommended this item for approval with conditions related to maintaining clearances with utility poles. Various Metro agencies have reviewed and concur with the recommendation.
