  • Technical Services: Traffic signals, communication networks, electrical systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI), operations and maintenance, communications, development site plan review, grant/loan services, research, policy coordination, and surveying/CAD/LIDAR services.

Compliance & Participation: The contract mandates adherence to numerous federal and state regulations, including those from the EPA, FTA, FHWA, and TDOT. It also includes participation goals of 18% for Small Business and Service Disabled Veteran Business (SBE/SDV), 7% for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and 5% for Woman Business Enterprise (WBE). Collier Engineering Co., Inc. was one of many firms awarded this Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract following an RFP process.
