An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for six properties located at Gray Street and Martin Street, also known as Martin and Gray Townhomes (MWS Project No. 25-SL-158 and Proposal No. 2025M-179ES-001).

This ordinance authorizes The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and easements for the Martin and Gray Townhomes Development. The project, identified as MWS Project No. 25-SL-158 and Proposal No. 2025M-179ES-001, involves approximately 107 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, 311 linear feet of new 8-inch DIP sanitary sewer main, and eight new sanitary sewer manholes. These infrastructure improvements are located at Gray Street and Martin Street and will serve six properties. The Metropolitan Planning Commission recommended approval of this request on December 4, 2025, with no conditions. Relevant Metro agencies have reviewed and concurred with the proposal.
