The amendment seeks to add personal care services as a permitted use within this district. The property is currently zoned R6 and encompasses 0.21 acres. The site plan indicates that the existing building, a former religious institution, will be adapted for uses including personal care services, with proposed hours of operation from 9 am to 8 pm daily. The parking area will accommodate approximately 11 vehicles, and signage will be limited to 30 square feet and not internally illuminated. The building coverage is 18.4% and total lot coverage is 38.0%. The owner acquired the property on 6/20/2022 for $435,000.
