This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, one of many awarded, with an estimated total value of $44,200,000.00 over an initial 36-month term (January 2, 2026, to January 1, 2029), with potential extensions up to 96 months.

Scope of Services: The contract covers a comprehensive range of architectural and engineering services for the Nashville Department of Transportation (NDOT) and its "Choose How You Move" (CHYM) initiative. Key service categories include:

• Planning: Multimodal, Transportation Demand Management (TDM), Transit, Infrastructure, Traffic Flow, Environmental Impact, Freight, Safety, Bicycle/Pedestrian, Land Use, Congestion Management, Public Participation, Resilience, and Climate Adaptation.
• Analysis: Traffic studies, modeling, transit operations, funding/financial feasibility, parking, micromobility, traffic calming, curbside management, and pilot programs.
• Design: Preliminary engineering, structural (bridges, retaining walls), guardrail, utility relocation, right-of-way acquisition, stormwater, sidewalks, bikeways, roadways, intersections, transit facilities, and complete streets.
• Technical: Traffic signals, communication networks, electrical, street lighting, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and Survey/CAD services (CADD, GIS, LiDAR, traffic data collection).
• Oversight: Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services, including bid assistance, quality control, records management, and issue resolution.

Compliance & Participation: The contract mandates adherence to various federal regulations, including ADA, Civil Rights, Clean Air Act, and Federal Water Pollution Control Act. It also includes participation goals for Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran Businesses (18%) and Minority/Woman-owned Business Enterprises (7% MBE, 5% WBE).
