This resolution approves an intergovernmental agreement between the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the repair and resurfacing of 3.64 miles of Cane Ridge Road. The project, identified as State Project No. 19SAR1-S8-022 and PIN 136792.00, will address existing pavement failures. The total estimated cost for the project is $1,847,600.00, with TDOT contributing 98% ($1,810,648.00) and Davidson County contributing 2% ($36,952.00). The work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2026.

Residents will experience road construction and potential traffic delays along Cane Ridge Road between SR-254 and Old Hickory Boulevard during the repair and resurfacing project. The project aims to improve the road surface, enhancing driving conditions upon completion.
