This ordinance appoints the initial seven members to the Board of Directors for the New Braunfels Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Number Four – Zipp Park. The TIRZ was established on November 10, 2025, to provide a dedicated funding source for zone revitalization. The application process closed on January 5, 2026, and an Ad Hoc Committee reviewed candidates. The appointed directors and their term expiration dates are:
