• Online and Physical Application Access: The Department of Transportation will be required to issue and receive applications both online and at a physical location accessible to the public. This physical location can be a department facility or one operated by the Department of Small Business Services.
• Save and Return Functionality: Applicants will be able to save incomplete online applications and return to them later to finish before submission.
• Drawing Requirements: While an accurate drawing of the cafe space is still required, the department will not mandate that such drawings be developed, reviewed, or approved by an architect, engineer, or other third-party professional.
